PropShare Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd had applied for and received the name reservation for a new name on account of a reorganization exercise and is in the process of making the requisite filings with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) to implement the same. While we await the final approval for the new name and the revised Certificate of Incorporation, we continue to use our existing name as per the MCA records and our SEBI registrations. We will take appropriate steps to change the name in all our records, registrations and public-facing portals immediately upon receiving the above mentioned final approval from the Central Government.
